Choosing your products

We've tried to make shopping with us as easy as possible. There are lots of ways to find what you're after:

• We've got a search bar if you want to type in the item's name
• There's an A-Z if you can't remember the exact name of a product
• You can look up products by type, such as Hair Care or Omega Oil supplements
• And you can check what we have by brand too, if you're keen to buy Ikove skincare or BrainChild vitamins

Filling your basket, and making payments online

Once you've found what you're after, simply click the 'add to cart' button. You can then go look at other products to see if you want anything else. Once you're done, click 'checkout' - you will still have the option of removing things or changing the number of items you've ordered. Then you can choose the option of a fast checkout, or you can open an account with us so it's quicker to order next time (you'll be able to log in and we'll have all your details handy).

We've done everything we can to make paying online secure. We use 128-bit Encryption to protect your sensitive details using https, plus our website domain name is verified by Equifax. 

If you've got questions, or prefer to order over the phone

If you're still stuck there's someone at the end of a telephone line between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays, so please do not hesitate to give us a ring. We can answer any questions, or simply take your order over the phone if you've a credit or debit card handy (01506 848960).

Ordering by post or fax

We've a catalogue and order forms if you'd rather shop offline, so just ask if you'd like them posted out to you. Alternatively, you can print the order form here and either fax or post it to us. We'll call at a time to suit you and take your payment details.

To make sure you're happy with your order we give you a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply let us know if there's anything wrong within 30 days and we'll refund your money (click here for full details).

Postage and Packaging

In the UK, postage and packaging is usually between £0.85 and £3.00 depending on the number of items and whether you would like it sent 1st or 2nd class. Certain very heavy items are sent by courier.

Delivery

Delivery is generally by Royal Mail or Parcel force and is normally within 3 days of order. If there are any problems, please just get in touch and we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue.
