All Natural Figure Products include a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you will receive a full refund, minus £1.50 & 10% of the value of the goods sent out to cover our administration, packaging & restocking costs, if your order is canceled within 30 days* of payment being taken.
• Any order cancelled before you are notified by email that it has been "sent" will receive a refund in full.
• If goods are returned as being faulty then we will exchange them free of charge.
