Butterbur Petasin has been extensively used in Germany since 1972.

Linpharma Butterbur Petasin is the only Butterbur product on the UK market which is guaranteed to contain at least 15% petasins and is free of Pyrrolizidine alkaloids.

Ingredients:
Extract of Petasites hybridus Riboflavin (natural colouring), Glycerol, Gelatin, Sorbitol.
50mg (Butterbur root)(28-44:1) standardised for at least 7.5mg of Petasin and isopetasin.

This product is free of pyrrolizidine alkaloids.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 Butterbur Petasin capsule up to 3 times daily with meals.

since I last wrote a review,I stopped taking the butterbur after taking it for six months.After only six days the migraines were back,by the third day I had two attacks in one day & had to go to bed,on the sixth day I visited my doctor &explained what i had been taking,she said it was truly amazing the difference it had made to my life and it had given me quality of life.Istarted to take it again and I have not had an attack for the last two months since I resumed taking it.Thank you so much.Annette
